Who you are:

  • This role is customer facing and will perform key account management functions critical to the achievement of Major Accounts sales targets.
  • The Sales Operations Lead is primarily responsible for demand planning, inventory and order management for HYMH’s largest strategic accounts in partnership with the Major Accounts Sales Organization.
  • Interact directly with customers, HYMH sales teams and sales management to develop and adjust forecast as required for contractual inventory. Compile and analyze sales and business reports including but not limited to funnel health analysis, trend analysis and inventory reviews.
  • Translate forecast into the operations planning process and act as liaison between internal/external customers and demand scheduling. This also includes order quality (quote to order to invoicing), battery/charger and other OEM coordination to support customer specification and delivery requirements.
  • Serve as cross functional interlock between sales, pricing, credit, legal, order management, vendors and the customer through the contractual lifecycle.

What you will do: 

Program Management

  • Develop, implement and manage processes and procedures to meet or exceed customer requirements. 
  • Advocate on behalf of assigned customers and represent customers’ needs as appropriate to Senior management. 
  • Provide timely and accurate reports, call records, emails, memoranda and other formal documents of communication to management via NOVO.
  • Develop and analyze sales and business performance reports.

Demand Planning and Order Quality

  • Interact directly with the sales teams and sales management to develop and adjust forecast as required for contractual inventory to ensure customer obligations
  • Ensure that customer orders are properly configured, quoted, scheduled, manufactured, released, shipped, installed and invoiced to meet customer needs

Customer Interface and Communication

  • Build relationships with assigned major accounts to achieve sales volumes consistent with corporate strategy, goals, and targets for HYG Major Accounts
  • Retain and grow business through positive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in customer meetings
  • Interacting with our dealer network, other HYG functional areas and customers to provide information to assure accurate and timely product flow

Continuous Improvement/Issue Resolution

  • Utilize a creative and innovative approach using current technology to enhance processes and procedures that support customer requirements.
  • Recommend order coordination best practices to improve major account processes and efficiencies

Skills and Abilities needed:

  • Strong Business, Critical Thinking Organizational skills.
  • Demonstration of the necessary personality and leadership skills to engage, collaborate with and motivate individuals in multiple departments (internal and external) and at multiple levels in the company.

What you will need: 

  • BS Degree in Business related field from an accredited college or university or seven (7+) years equivalent work-related experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience
  • Two (2) years previous industry related experience
  • Experience with order management systems, CRMs, quoting and other business management tools, preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); Time Management skills, team building and collaboration skills. 
  • Advanced/expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
