YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Operations Lead you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and retaining Glovo Partners. You will be part of the Account Management Team at Glovo Headquarters, being directly responsible for overseeing, challenging and rethinking the business plan, processes and data quality of the post-sales operational landscape..

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of both strategy and execution - setting the AM vision through right target setting and planning, while driving operational rigor to problem solve and enable our AM team’s success. You will report to the Global Head of Enablement & Operations.
THE JOURNEY

  • Lead post-sales target setting process. Develop and implement a robust target-setting framework for the Account Management Team (AM) across 22 countries, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build a high-performing post-sales operations function. Bring operational excellence in forecasting and rigorous Account portfolio management, improve AM performance, optimize AM productivity, identify opportunities for growth, and lead data-driven decision-making.
    Ensure flawless execution of our global incentive plan. Define best practices, continuously improve processes, and ensure that all AM reps receive their compensation accurately and on time.
  • Enhance AM Productivity and drive sales excellence. Work on strategies to improve the productivity of the AM team, ensuring the team operates and maximum efficiency by optimizing global processes.
  • You are a high achieving operations leader. You provide strategic leadership and ensure that every aspect of the sales operations is aligned with the business strategy. You have worked with sales teams to build and execute business plans. You know how to deep dive sales teams’ challenges, both to understand and resolve their pain points at an individual level and to create system-wide solutions. You demonstrate ownership by taking responsibility for the outcomes of your business and ruthlessly prioritizing to meet goals.

  • You are accustomed to complex and multi-stakeholder environments. You partner closely with senior sales leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategy.   • You are a data-driven decision maker. You leverage data to uncover insights, create reports, and guide Account Management strategy, forecast and planning. You work closely with the senior data analyst reporting to you to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • You are a process improvement champion. You continuously seek ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive sales excellence within the AM team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 5+ years in a Sales Operations role, with 2+ years leading the strategy of a sales operations team.
  • High Proficiency using Salesforce is a must, analyzing data to uncover insights and create reports that help guide Account Management strategy, forecast and planning.
  • Knowledge or experience running incentive programs at multinational organizations at a global scale and/or with incentive tools is a plus.
  • Strong technical/ analytical skills. Affinity with advanced data modeling, data visualization (Tableau, Looker)  and data management (knowledge of SQL, Python nice to have, advanced excel skills), working closely with the data analyst reporting to you.
  • Project Management. Possess the ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Performs well under pressure.
  • Eye for detail and financial acumen.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
