Key Responsibilities
- Drive, lead, and provide additional research and context on any assigned tasks or deal structures for other deal strategy team members to help guide solutions to complex problems
- Work cross-functionally with all departments, including Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Business Operations
- Help maintain organization and data hygiene within the CRM and other sales tools.
- Provide suggestions on process improvements to current sales order process
- Assist process managers within Sales Operations org with daily tasks / initiatives
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the sales division.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and others business divisions as needed.
- Assist process managers within Sales Operations org with daily tasks / initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving sales-related issues or conflicts.
- Continuously improve sales processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in ad hoc request that include, but not limited to, data management / hygiene procedures within the CRM, enablement asset creation & communication, order processing, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics and/or relevant degrees with strong academic performance
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
- Strong analytical and process skills; excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared team objectives
- 1+ years CRM Experience (Preferred)
- High energy and track record of excellence
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with internal stakeholders (specifically Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Professional service orgs)
- Passion for working with emerging technologies and an ability to understand overall business objectives
