The Sales Operations Executive ensures smooth execution of critical operational processes in ShopBack’s Online Cashback business. The role involves day-to-day tasks, investigating issues, coordinating planning processes, and working with teams to improve operational efficiency.

Your Adventure Ahead

Input deals information (e.g., upsizes, promotions, ad sales) into ShopBack systems (Salesforce, Needle).
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correctness of deal info.
Ensure all Terms and Conditions are clear and accurate.
Identify and resolve operational errors promptly.
Collaborate with teams to find and fix the root cause of issues.
Support Sales team in maintaining merchant relationships, providing proof of exposure.
Propose and implement process improvements, including automation, to increase Sales Operations productivity.
Support local/regional projects as needed.

Essentials to Succeed

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Data-driven mindset; able to analyze team performance and historical data for better resource management.
Knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, Python, Zapier is a plus.
Hands-on, eager to learn, and solve problems with a high bias for action.
Independent and proactive; able to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and team-oriented; able to work with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Product).
