1. Pricing & Deal Governance
•    Discount frameworks and approval workflows
•    Deal desk / commercial governance
•    Contract standardization and compliance
2. Sales Performance Management
•    KPI definition and performance tracking
•    Incentive compensation design and administration
•    Pipeline health and forecast accuracy management
3. Sales Process & Enablement
•    Standardized sales processes and playbooks
•    Onboarding and ongoing sales training
•    Best-practice sharing and change management
4. Sales Analytics & Forecasting
•    Pipeline analytics and conversion analysis
•    Demand forecasting and scenario planning
•    Customer segmentation and cohort analysis
5. Tools, Systems & CRM
•    CRM ownership and data governance
•    Sales tech stack optimization (CPQ, BI, automation)
•    Data quality and reporting standards
6. Customer & Revenue Operations 
•    Cross-sell / upsell frameworks
•    Retention and churn analysis
•    Revenue leakage prevention
7. Interface with Finance & Operations
•    Alignment on revenue recognition and budgeting
•    Margin tracking and profitability analysis
•    S&OP / demand planning coordination

Skills Required

  • Design and manage discount frameworks and approval workflows

  • Perform sales analytics: conversion analysis, segmentation, scenario planning
  • Own CRM, data governance, and optimize sales tech stack (CPQ, BI, automation)
  • Lead revenue operations including cross-sell/upsell frameworks, churn analysis, and revenue leakage prevention
  • Align with Finance and Operations on revenue recognition, margin tracking, and S&OP
  • Lead national key account efforts and national marketing lead generation initiatives
