The Global GTM Planning and Operations team's vision is to support Cloudflare's high growth through scaleable and optimized process framework and governance. We intend to drive thoughtful centralized planning of Sales capacity, Segmentation,Territory carving, Quota setting, Compensation design and ensuring clear Roles of Engagement across the Field roles. The right candidate seeks to maintain master data harmony in a systematic, sustainable, and responsible way that supports scale and acceleration for the organization. You will establish a strong collaboration with teams across the GTM organization. In your role you will work to execute against the Processes, Policies and Standards to enrich Customer and Contact data supporting scale, efficiency and trust with key stakeholders.
Lastly, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and with teams across multiple time zones.
Core Responsibilities

  • Data management:
    • Execute against the operational processes and cadence that support all Customer and Contact master data lifecycle events from Onboarding new records, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Out of Business.
    • Monitor and Maintain high confidence matches to 3rd party services like D&B and Zoominfo.
    • Manage and merge duplicate records from the system.
    • Measure and report on overall data quality of Customer and Contact Data against defined standards.
  • Ticket Management: Manage the different incoming requests associated with Customer and Contact Data Management. Supporting requests from the Field to correct a specific record, through to batch file data loads.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create reports in Salesforce, Big Query and other tools that are part of the Data Operations processes and support tickets.
  • Data Sourcing. Support the evaluation, and onboarding of existing and new 3rd party Services.
  • Support ad hoc requests from regional GTM teams for data related projects, from Custom reports from 3rd party services evaluation & Sourcing.
  • Territory/Assignment Management. Manage the incoming tickets requests for Territory Management and make the updates in the Fullcast Territory management system.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in data operations or related roles preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or other ERP & CRM tools
  • Experience with Data Query and Management Tools preferred - SQL, Alteryx, Python, Big Query and LookerStudio etc (Must be Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for basic to intermediate data analysis and data manipulation - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, CONCATENATE, etc)
