Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Data Analyst to support daily sales operations and data management activities within the Salesforce environment. This role will help ensure data accuracy, support business users, assist with system testing activities, and contribute to the smooth execution of sales processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues, maintain data quality, and support ongoing system enhancements and releases.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations activities and assist with maintaining accurate and high-quality sales data.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity within Salesforce and related reporting systems.
  • Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot operational and system-related issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and validation activities for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
  • Document test results, track defects, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and business teams.
  • Support data cleanup, mass updates, and data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain process documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Units, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
  • Assist with quote and pricing-related operational activities, including data validation and issue investigation.
  • Assist with sales operations activities related to account and contact management, opportunity management, quote processing, pricing support, data validation, and issue investigation.
  • Monitor operational processes and identify potential data or process issues for review by senior team members.
  • Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce tools and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Operations, Customer Support, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar business systems is preferred.
  • Basic experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as Salesforce Reports, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Understanding of sales processes and CRM concepts is an advantage.
