Hashavim 360, a leading fintech company providing digital knowledge solutions for finance, payroll, tax and pension professionals, is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales team.
In this position, you will:
Own and maintain the CRM system, ensure accurate, updated and reliable sales data.
Support daily sales operations through reports, process tracking, performance insights and analyses.
Manage leads, renewals and customer growth opportunities across the sales cycle
provide ongoing operational support to the Sales team and management.
RequirementsPrevious experience in Sales Operations / Sales Admin / Sales Back Office / Sales Support — significant advantage
Strong Excel skills — must
Experience working with CRM systems — advantage
High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
Service-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The position is suitable for both full-time employment and a part-time student role.
The role is hybrid, with flexible working hours.
Our offices are located in central Israel.
