We are searching for an organized Sales Operations Coordinator that is in the early stages of their sales career and eager to learn. The person in this role would have a front row seat to our sales process through supporting our Chief Business Officer (CBO) in day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to create connections with clients, coordinate calendars, and create and manage sensitive documentation - you will actively contribute to the sales process!
Responsibilities- Work directly with the CBO to support day-to-day sales operations
- Help facilitate the sales process by interacting with potential clients, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and building relationships
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and prepare the weekly sales email
- Review daily and weekly pipeline movement and contribute to pipeline management for all of Sales
- Provide ad-hoc sales support for strategic accounts
- Prepare and manage documentation involved in the sales process such as ROIs, pricing, NDAs, RFIs, etc.
- Ensure follow through on client-related tasks and next steps
- Participate in client meetings and take notes during important meetings
- 1 year of experience in a tech sales or administrative role
- Ability to interface with high level executives from Fortune 500 companies
- Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and dependable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
