The Role
You will play an integral role in executing the company's growth and organizational development. Reporting to the Managing Director and SVP Strategic Partnerships, you will collaborate with both the Demand and Supply Europeans teams to drive the design and implementation of Sales initiatives and processes to help the company achieve scale. What You'll Do
  • Overall objective is to manage the Demand (Advertiser) and Supply (Publisher) Sales Process Workflow

  • Ensure the effective use and accuracy of our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support the management of the EU sales pipeline
  • Prepare and share executive-level reporting on sales performance, activity, and forecasts
  • Identify gaps in Sales Operations to drive continuous process improvement and optimisation
  • Lead cross-team training to enable seamless collaboration between UK/EU and US teams, supporting overall sales enablement
  • Collaborate on documentation of SOPs and best practices for EU sales playbooks
  • Analyse sales data to measure performance against goals and targets; provide insights to leadership for strategic sales planning
  • Assess, implement, and optimise the sales tech stack to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as project lead on various initiatives, including product launches, software rollouts, and other ad hoc projects
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between New and Existing Demand/Supply teams, as well as other relevant functions
  • Partner with IT teams to integrate and automate systems to ensure smooth data flow across departments

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar roles within B2B SaaS
  • Solid understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue processes
  • Proven experience in refining and enhancing sales processes in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, or Clari
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently and as part of a team
