Job Description
- Program Coordination & Support: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and leadership to define and implement sales programs that align with LBU Austria’s business goals. Support in setting program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Sales Program Execution: Facilitate the smooth execution of sales programs by coordinating initiatives, ensuring consistent information flow for Account Reviews, Sales Operations, and other key documentation. This includes:
- Sales Operation Plan: Track progress on sales initiatives and maintain alignment with team objectives.
- Account Planning: Organize regular internal review meetings for top customers to drive growth.
- New Opportunity Assessment (NOA): Assist in evaluating new sales opportunities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue growth and opportunities. Provide data-driven insights and reports to sales leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest improvements to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Sales Tools Support: Promote effective use of sales tools like Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and Kanban boards, ensuring team members can efficiently track and report program performance.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Foster cross-functional collaboration, working with Sales Operations, Account Managers, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Program Management: You have 2-4 years hands-on experience (or a strong interest) in managing sales initiatives, coordinating tasks, and delivering on program objectives.
- Organizational Skills: You excel at multitasking, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met across various sales programs.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You enjoy working with data, tracking progress, and preparing reports that provide actionable insights.
- Strong Communication: You’re an effective communicator, able to present insights and updates clearly, while ensuring alignment between teams.
- Proactive & Eager to Learn: You’re self-driven, eager to enhance your skills, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms, you’re keen to explore new technologies that enhance sales operations.
- Fluency in English and German: Due to close collaboration with colleagues in Austria, fluency in both languages is required.
