Raptive is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our creator growth team. The Sales Operations Associate will work closely with members of the creator growth team to manage pipeline generation and leads through vetting, CRM management, reporting, and marketing campaign assistance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate lead lists from available databases (Red Volcano, SimilarWeb, comScore, SEMRush) to enable targeted outreach and improve lead quality
  • Manage a team of contractors to accurately pre-screen leads to determine eligibility for outreach
  • Conduct creator, publisher and vertical research to identify new sources of leads
  • Use creativity and ingenuity to identify potential leads not found in existing databases
  • Closely coordinate with marketing teams to enable lead enrichment and quality scoring 
  • Act as the CRM lead, ensuring contact and company details are correct and all fields are complete
  • Manage CRM tasks, including segmentation, list generation, data scrubbing, and generating reports
  • Proactively manage continuous improvement and optimization of CRM processes
  • Assist with all aspects of sales and marketing pre- and post-campaign execution
  • Monitor outreach metrics and conversion rates to ensure pipeline generation aligns with desired outcomes
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all workflows
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate follow-ups and lead record updates to ensure hygiene
  • Support leadership with general administrative tasks
  • Create, own, and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all workflows
  • Track the success rate of pre-onboarding tactics
  • Report on lead activity and create weekly lists for outreach
  • Pull lead lists and run reports as needed
  • Train direct report contractors on relevant processes, including site vetting
  • Collaborate with the team on pipeline management and general best practices

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation and vetting, preferably in a creator, digital marketing or publisher development context
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) 
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing campaigns, including email marketing and lead tracking
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a keen eye for optimizing systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on metrics and conversion rates
  • Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Salesloft, Confluence, and Google Docs
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to contribute ideas and insights to team discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing a proactive and scrappy attitude
  • Growth mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$70,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
