Location: New Orleans, in-office 4 days a week.
The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a data-driven problem-solver, who is energetic and self-motivated to join the team as a Sales Operation Associate. This individual will work with the Chief Client Officer on maintaining the accuracy of our CRM, manage sales tools, optimizing processes and maintain accurate sales reporting. You will have the opportunity to build critical knowledge and skills across various responsibilities that include sales, services, and operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Client Officer to develop and execute sales operations projects
- Become familiar in our tools, tech and best practices to support our customers
- Develop a basic understanding of market research and consumer insights
- Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance, identify trends, and support sales forecasting
- Assist with sales process improvement initiatives
- Find creative solutions to solve customer needs as they arise
- Proactively support account relationships and provide best client experiences
- Collaborate with other Sales leaders, Account Managers, Client Development personnel, Operations and Marketing on various corporate initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience, a plus
- Up to 2 years of experience in a sales, sales operations, or business analyst role (or a combination thereof).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Solid judgment and autonomous decision-making abilities
- Have a results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
- A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with MSOffice and/or GSuite products
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
