The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alajuela location in the CRM Division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

As the Sales Operations Associate I, you’ll have the chance to support the Cardiac Rhythm Management Sales Team by facilitating and optimizing sales processes. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce orders, resolving errors, coordinating product rotations, and generating reports.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to standardized procedures and drive operational efficiency. Maintains effective communication with customers and field personnel through professional verbal and written channels. May be assigned to contribute to departmental projects as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Field Sales Representatives and Managers by processing and correcting sales orders in Salesforce.
  • Resolve sales order and commercial operations issues with urgency and accuracy.
  • Provide support including Salesforce order entry adjustments and inventory-related swaps.
  • Respond to field team inquiries via phone, email, and Teams messaging.
  • Create and distribute sales reports and analytics by product, customer, and geography.
  • Contribute to initiatives that analyze and resolve sales-related issues by understanding current processes and anticipating future needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and Salesforce; assist with training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Field Sales, and other
  • key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on open cases and escalations to support prioritization and resolution.
  • Support company initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, QMS, EMS), company policies, and standard operating procedures. Maintain cooperative communication across all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7am to 4pm / Daylight Savings 6am to 3pm.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • +1 year :
    •  1 year experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service role
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
    • Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.
    •  Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills. Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)  /  Required   (C1)

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Knowledge
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Experience in the biotech, bio-instruments or medical devices industries
