About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate (Hubspot Admin) to join our Business Operations team and own our GTM systems stack - with HubSpot at the core.

You’ll be the go-to person for HubSpot administration, automation, and process optimization, ensuring data integrity, lead flow accuracy, and seamless collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams. The role combines hands-on system execution with a mindset for continuous improvement and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Administration 
  • Create and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Account Management, ensuring accurate lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
  • Conduct regular QA and troubleshooting to ensure all automations, triggers, and notifications run without errors or delays.
  • Own all HubSpot dashboards and reports — maintain, QA, and build new ones to track pipeline, renewals, and churn accurately for leadership visibilityImplement systems to track and optimize sales rep efficiency, inbound/outbound lead processes, account mapping, and deal stages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain CRM data hygiene, contact enrichment, and alignment between Marketing, Sales, and AM teams.
  • Perform RCA on workflow or automation failures to find the cause, fix it, and prevent recurrence.

  • Integrations & Continuous Improvement
  • Administer and maintain integrations with tools like Zapier, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve GTM process efficiency.

  • Tool & Process Ownership
  • Identify new SaaS tools and maintain license inventory/ manage renewals for GTM teams
  • Create and maintain SOPs and KT documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation processes.

What are we looking for:

  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations/ CRM Administration (preferably within a B2B SaaS environment).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing HubSpot CRM (Sales and Marketing Hub).
  • Proficient in workflow automation, data hygiene, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; able to diagnose workflow or data issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, integrity, and attention to detail – able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM integrations like Zapier and familiarity with GTM tools such as Apollo, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Bonus Points:

  • Early-stage or high-growth SaaS experience.
  • Exposure to forecasting, pipeline metrics, and operational reporting.
