The Role
About the role

As a foundational member of the GTM team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team's growth and success. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization, improve forecasting accuracy, and scale our team effectively. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about sales and will help us scale Thatch's GTM efforts.

What you'll do
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce to ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with sales workflows.
  • Own sales reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights to support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address inefficiencies in the sales process.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
  • Implement and track performance metrics for Account Executives (AEs) to drive accountability and results.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and processes.
  • Contribute to scaling the sales team effectively by designing processes and tools that grow with the organization.
Background we're looking for
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements in a sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience we’d be particularly excited about
  • Early stage startup experience (Series A/Seed funding).
  • Leadership experience.
