We are looking for a Sales Operations and Partnerships Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and the analytical needs of our global sales organization. This role emphasizes process, accuracy, and responsiveness to ensure deals move efficiently, data remains clean, and systems reflect reality.

This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy role. You will be a key operational partner to the sales team, helping ensure consistency, speed, and accuracy across all sales processes.

What You’ll DoSales Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Track key metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor insights on New Business, Cross-Sell, Upsell, ARR Growth, Services, Overages, and Renewals.
Deal and CPQ Support
  • Support sales reps with pricing, renewals, and deal structuring questions.
  • Ensure correct use of pricing models (including stepped pricing and special terms).
  • Assist with complex quotes cases in CPQ.
  • Review deals for completeness and accuracy.
Salesforce/CRM Administration (Light)
  • Maintain account ownership and opportunity data.
  • Process product changes, swaps, and subscription updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy across opportunities and accounts.
  • Support reporting and basic data pulls.
Order & Payment Coordination
  • Track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment status.
  • Coordinate with Finance to confirm collections and outstanding balances.
  • Support internal tracking of deals post-close.
Partner & Commission Support
  • Maintain partner records and commission tracking.
  • Support updates to partner-related deals and reporting.
  • Assist with commission calculations and validation.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
  • Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline progression and deal velocity.
  • Support pipeline reviews by ensuring data accuracy and highlighting at-risk deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team.
Marketing & Sales Reporting Support
  • Assist with campaign tracking and reporting updates.
  • Maintain marketing and sales reporting dashboards.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting requests from sales and leadership.
General Sales Operations Support
  • Respond to day-to-day requests from the sales team.
  • Help maintain documentation and internal processes.
  • Support coordination across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools and workflow automations to reduce manual work and optimize sales processes.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar support role
  • Experience with Salesforce (required) and CPQ tools (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • A proactive mindset with interest or experience in using AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
Language Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
  • You will be working directly with US and global sales teams on a daily basis
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English is critical
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Exposure to partner programs or commission structures
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Location
  • Remote (Colombia-based candidates only)
Compensation
  • Base Salary: COP 7,100,000 – 9,300,000 per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Total Annual Compensation: COP 100,000,000 – 130,000,000
  • Includes prima legal (13th month equivalent), paid semi-annually
  • Compensation will be based on experience and skill level
  • Opportunity to grow within a global sales organization
