Responsabilities
- Manage day-to-day operations with field agencies (Salesland and Overall), ensuring compliance with schedules, coverage, and execution standards at point of sale.
Track promoter attendance, shifts, incidents, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper coverage across all assigned locations.
Coordinate directly with agencies for promoter allocation, replacements, and staffing adjustments based on commercial needs.
Monitor compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets, and follow up regularly to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct frequent check-ins with agencies to review performance, service levels, and operational issues.
Validate and reconcile agency reports (attendance, productivity, and billing), ensuring accuracy before processing invoices.
Register invoices in the system and follow up to ensure timely payment to agency partners.
Support the implementation of field initiatives (campaigns, activations, incentives), ensuring proper execution by promoters.
Generate and maintain operational reports on promoter performance, coverage, and sales support activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of field activities and alignment with business needs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in field operations, sales support, or promoter/retail management, preferably in industries such as telecom, retail, or financial services.
Proven ability to manage operational KPIs (attendance, coverage, productivity) and handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (intermediate to advanced level) for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
