About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Sales Operations Analyst to support our APJ Sales organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate pipeline visibility, strong CRM discipline, and forecasting coordination across the Asia-Pacific & Japan region.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations (International), you will help drive reporting accuracy, support forecast cycles, maintain Salesforce data hygiene, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically curious professional early in their career who wants to grow within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, proactive in learning new systems, and confident leveraging modern tools — including AI and BI platforms — to improve efficiency and visibility.
What You’ll Do
Reporting & Pipeline Visibility
- Produce recurring APJ pipeline and activity reports.
- Pull, validate, and analyse key metrics (pipeline totals, stage progression, activity trends).
- Support weekly pipeline reviews and regional sales meetings.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI.
Forecast & Sales Process Support
- Coordinate and validate forecast submissions from sales reps.
- Identify missing data, inconsistencies, and stage hygiene gaps.
- Support opportunity management and adherence to defined sales processes.
CRM Governance (Salesforce)
- Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular validation and cleanup.
- Update and monitor required opportunity fields.
- Respond to CRM usage questions and support workflow consistency.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with the APJ Sales organization to ensure reporting alignment.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Enablement on data accuracy and process consistency.
- Support documentation updates, templates, and SOP maintenance.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and increase productivity.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field (experience in lieu of education considered).
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or similar role (internships/co-ops considered).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) — including opportunity updates, reporting, and data hygiene discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, filtering, formulas, basic trend analysis).
- Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools; comfortable building or modifying dashboards with guidance.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across APJ time zones.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to forecasting processes in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
- Experience supporting international or multi-region sales teams.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ARR, or ACV.
- Experience participating in CRM optimization or data cleanup initiatives.
- Interest in building a long-term career in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
Why Join
This role offers exposure to regional sales operations in a dynamic international environment. You will gain hands-on experience in forecasting, CRM governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration — while developing modern, AI-enabled operational skills that are increasingly critical in today’s revenue organizations.
