Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations & Governance team. Key responsibilities include delivering sales reports, analyzing processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and supporting remote sales teams. The analyst will manage territory assignments for effective coverage, foster strong relationships across teams, and prepare commissions submission in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for re-occurring and ad-hoc analytics and reporting support for Inside/Remote sales teams 
- Responsible for preparing and submitting sales compensation results for Inside/Remote teams 
- Responsible for maintaining and updating sales territory assignments in Salesforce.com for PSaS sales teams 
- Responsible for Inside/Remote campaign tracking and campaign admin functions 
- Analyzes data to identify root causes of operational challenges, evaluates performance against established process benchmarks, and recommends targeted improvements to address performance gap 
- Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram, studying system capabilities, analyzing alternative solutions, and preparing system specifications as needed 
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data collected from various systems 
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities to inform management of status 
- Partner with other McKesson business units leveraging supported technologies to share best practices and knowledge 
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Education
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
Critical Skill
- 1+ Years of Data Analysis Experience 
- Experience with quality checking data sources and executing methods to maintain high quality of analytic datasets 
- Data analysis experience: ability to execute complex analysis and synthesize into a storyline to socialize, influence and drive action across the organization 
- Intermediate PC skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel (v-look ups, pivots, If statements, charts, graphs, PowerPoint 
- Working knowledge of T-SQL: Ability to query, join, analyze data from MSSQL/Snowflake environments 
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of pro-actively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple initiatives at one given time to successful completion 
- Demonstrates personal commitment and drive to meet or exceed objectives 
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a changing environment 
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBI is a plus

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
