Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce CRM Management:
    • Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, opportunity, and pipeline information.
    • Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
    • Support user adoption and provide training on Salesforce best practices.
  • Demand Forecasting & Planning:
    • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand to create accurate forecasts.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Management to align forecasts with manufacturing capacity and inventory levels.
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments to improve reliability.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Generate and distribute regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify and implement improvements in sales operations processes, reporting, and forecasting methodologies.
    • Support Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) initiatives to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate order management and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, or Business Analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (reporting, dashboards, data management).
    • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with experience in demand planning.
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (BPCS, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SIOP processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages for advanced reporting.
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows and supply chain principles.
