🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
• Act as the keeper of the source of truth — building, maintaining, and improving dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of GTM data.
• Provide data-driven insights on Yuno’s portfolio performance to support cross-functional areas such as Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing.
• Support GTM team operations by preparing and consolidating materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance presentations.
• Manage and track NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics, ensuring consistent measurement and follow-up with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate data into strategic decisions and continuous improvement opportunities.
🟣 The skills you need
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or sales support functions — preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or Redash, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analytics techniques to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Experience managing data sources and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and report automation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
