ROLE PURPOSE
The Sales Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our commercial processes through data-driven insights and automation. This position is responsible for collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure accurate data entry, supporting the implementation of commercial policies, and analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate and Power BI. The role involves generating and interpreting sales reports to drive process improvements, ensuring data quality and compliance, and providing user support across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments. This role requires working from 7 AM to 4 PM (Mexico Time) to provide support to South American countries and is essential in driving operational efficiency and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectivess.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborating closely with the sales team during the contract creation process to ensure accurate data entry into systems.
- Support the implementation of commercial policies, ensuring adherence to sales guidelines for channels and end-users.
- Analyzing business processes and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs or opportunities for process automation.
- Analyzing and interpreting sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, win-loss characteristics, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments such as Finance, Customer Service, IT, Planning, Legal, Global Sales Operations, etc., to provide user support and develop projects.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of the market to create reports based on information from external suppliers.
- Monitor and improve the performance of BI tools.
- Ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Timely project delivery.
- Smooth implementation of enhancements into the production environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience.
- High proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including Tables, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.) and the MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of professional experience in areas such as Sales Operation, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, etc.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to support business areas in making process improvement recommendations and decisions based on data.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Knowledge in Salesforce
