The Role We Need:


PadSplit is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, by focusing (at first) on developing and activating a new segment of our host marketplace. This role analyzes data, streamlines workflows, and provides insights to support the various sales teams in achieving their goals, ultimately driving growth and better service for the community. By enhancing operational clarity, the analyst ensures resources are focused on scaling affordable housing opportunities.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset who wants to have a social impact on the affordable housing crisis. The ideal candidate thrives in a changing environment, excels at using data to identify opportunities and streamline processes, and communicates insights effectively to cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to enabling the sales team to scale efforts and deliver affordable housing solutions efficiently.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-To-Day:

  • Lead Activation: Develop and implement strategies to activate current new supply segments, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and driving initial engagement with the PadSplit platform.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the specific needs, preferences, and challenges faced by our current and new supply segment. Use insights to inform product features and marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead conversion data and host performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure that hosts receive tailored messaging and resources.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize features that will enhance the experience, based on insights gathered from market research and host feedback.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure the success of the new supply segment program and create regular reports to communicate progress and results to leadership.
  • Program Management: Independently run a structured program for the new supply segment program, consolidating learnings and recommendations for the executive team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by testing new initiatives and refining strategies based on results and feedback.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Sales Ops Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within the real estate or tech industry.
  • Startup Experience: Past experience consulting or contracting for a US-based company, especially a startup is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance metrics.
  • Data Storyteller: Data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Independent GSD: Proven ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution in a structured manner.
  • Real Estate: Knowledge of the housing market / shared housing is a plus.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and CRM software (we use Salesforce).
  • English Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English

The Interview Process:

  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video screen with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Revenue Ops Lead for forty-five (45) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with a small panel of key stakeholders for one-and-a-half (1.5) hours.
  • If warranted, then we move to contract!
