POSITION TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst

Owlet is searching for a driven and self-motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support operational aspects of the retail sales team and will report to the Sr Director of Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has experience working in teams and has excellent organizational and time management skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support sales operations team to meet current sales objectives with our domestic (USA) and international sales customers (Canada)
- Ensure clear communications between retailers, sales, and operations
- Assist Sales Operations team in setup of vender portals and (EDI) connections for new or developing customers, if required
- Validate invoices for correct pricing and assist team if there are any errors that need to be corrected
- Ensure that our 3PL partner is following vendor routing guides and dispute charge backs when necessary
- Monitor account aging reports and assist in collection
- Oversee retail onboarding process, adding new customers to system
- Assist in processing Return to Vendor requests from retail partners stores
- Responsible for collecting, processing, reviewing and ensuring that all order details include all relevant info and enforcing such relevant policies (Map agreement and Tax exemption forms)
- Coordinate communication of all customer-related issues to sales leadership to ensure seamless flow of information
- Analyze and report out key performance indicators, such as OTIF, Fill rates, backorders and chargebacks
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management role
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
- Experience working with SPS commerce, vendor portals, or similar EDI systems preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
- Mission oriented and results driven personality
- Independent and quick self learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
