What does a Sales Operations Specialist really do? Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will be providing process support to sales and client teams, leadership, and other internal operations teams by assisting them in navigating the company’s internal sales processes.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will:

Support opportunity pipeline management, sales reporting and analysis for leadership, and process support for teams within the Client organization;
-
Monitor and track activities from identifying leads to closing opportunities;
-
Manage administrative requirements related to the sales process, including ad hoc tasks that may be needed for the activity;
-
Support the team in coordinating with different internal stakeholders, scaling current operations, and reporting on business metrics;
-
Work closely with relevant teams to identify risks on actual revenue and forecasts;
-
Maintain data integrity related to pricing, bookings, and contracts;
-
Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to verify sales performance reports and assist in product or sales process training rollout;
-
Be knowledgeable about different deal stages and service lines;
-
Be familiar with and administer supporting enablement tools and processes like Oracle and ContractPodAi; and
-
Regularly review deals and activities with internal partners and ensure processes and policies are compiled within a timely manner.

Requirements:

At least 1 year administrative experience

Must be highly organized and proficient in writing

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Advanced MS Office skills or Google Suite (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team

Passionate about sales and building strong client relationships

Self-driven, analytical, and a problem solver

Excellent written and verbal communication with internal partners

Proactive communication style ensuring timely responses
