About the Job:

The Red Hat Global Business Delivery Team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will support sales operations activities for the Red Hat Executive team, with a focus on data quality, reporting, process management, and continuous improvement.


You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support mission-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do:
  • Own and execute sales operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and reporting to identify trends, data gaps, and actionable insights.
  • Investigate data integrity issues, identify root causes, and drive appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Support CRM data management, governance, and compliance across the sales organization.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support system enhancements, data migrations, and other sales operations initiatives.
  • Leverage approved AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree; an equivalent degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including opportunity management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of the IT sales lifecycle, Sales Operations, and Route to Market.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Experience with data imports/exports, APIs, or CRM data management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive them through to completion.
