The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales and Growth teams by analyzing data, streamlining processes, and optimizing sales performance. The Sales Operations Analyst will gather and interpret sales metrics, manage CRM system, provide insights to enhance decision-making, and ensure efficient sales operations. This person will create dynamic Power BI dashboards, assisting with sales reporting, and presenting to senior leadership. This role often involves collaboration with various departments to drive sales strategies and improve overall productivity.

This role will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing insightful data analysis, creating dynamic Power BI dashboards, and assisting with sales reporting.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • Have 3-5 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience in sales or revenue operations to include business administration, business analytics, finance, or a related field.
  • Have work experience in some or all of the following fields a plus:
    • Healthcare technology
    • Technology
    • SaaS
  • Have proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI and Microsoft Excel with experience in creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

You will set yourself apart with:

  • Previous healthcare technology experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Power BI and/or data analytic certifications

You will be:

  • Supporting, working and providing data or inputs for executive/senior level associates as well as preparing for board meetings.
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, analyzing data trends, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide support for sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting processes.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Assist with optimization of sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support to sales team on CRM usage and reporting capabilities.
