A Day in the LifeAct as lead in facilitating engagement through collaborative communication to US direct sales, CRDN clinical organization, and cross functional areas & partners. Idenfities key strategies through analytics with attention to providing custom, timely, powerful sales informatics. This will include supporting the launch of Symplicity Spiral in the US as well as future commercialization efforts within the CRDN business.Strategy Development:
This position will partner with Marketing and Sales Management and cross functional business partners to support the execution of strategies that drive sales results, productivity and success for US CRDN OU. This includes the identification of processes and metrics needed to support sales and clinical effectiveness.
Process innovation:
Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships to improve operations; align sales processes to drive synergies; develop solutions, tools, and resources to improve the sales process.

A Day in the Life
- Develops programs to increase demand for CRDN products and/or services. Collaborates to ensure strong program design and implementation.
- Drives the execution of tactics to be implemented by the sales team and cross-functional partners, maximizing short and long-term potential.
- Provides guidance to the sales organization by leading the communication of and execution of sales and marketing strategy and resources to support market growth.
- Establishes effective relationships and collaborates with field personnel to address key customer issues and to ensure that the voice of the customer is paramount in formulation of strategy and tools.
- Engage business partners in Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance and other internal functions to standardize CRDN processes and streamline field metrics with the goal of increasing productivity.
- Provide leadership for data integrity process with appropriate stakeholders to maximize utilization of sales analytics, eliminate duplicate records and drive appropriate focus
- Engage partners in CRDN Training, HR and IT to successfully execute sales onboard process
- In collaboration with key leaders and cross-functional partners, develop metrics to assess effectiveness and execution of business development strategies and programs. Utilize data to identify and communicate key opportunities.
- Provides input in the development of key business plans to drive excellence in customer focus.
- Partners with sales leadership to ensure sales force optimization and maximization of US business profitability.
- Ensures that the company’s ethical position is maintained and effectively communicates and manages the company business conduct policies. Acts in adherence to Medtronic corporate operating policies, including the Advamed and Business Conduct Standards.

Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Fiinance. 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Previous experience in the medical device business. Strong knowledge and experience with SFDC and tableau platforms.

- MBA
- 5 years of experience
