About the roleWe are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide operational support to the New Zealand Sales team and the growing Regulatory Compliance (RC) business across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to a mid-level Sales Operations or Business Analyst professional who thrives on bringing structure, reinforcing process discipline, and driving the adoption of tools and technologies.
The role supports two key areas:
- New Zealand Sales Operations
- Regulatory Compliance (RC) sales framework across AU/NZ/UK
You will act as a key operational partner, helping to improve sales effectiveness, maintain process consistency, and support business growth across regions.
Responsibilities- Support New Zealand sales operations, including cadence, pipeline hygiene, and process adherence
- Act as the NZ operational representative within Pacific Sales Operations
- Map and document sales processes and identify alignment gaps across AU/NZ/UK
- Introduce structure, definitions, and operating frameworks for the growing RC business
- Reinforce Salesforce usage, data quality, and reporting accuracy
- Support rollout and adoption of sales tools and technology initiatives
- Provide support for technology changes and migrations
- Assist with Excel-based sales tools and calculators as required
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support prioritisation of activities
- AI Fluency: Drive AI and technology adoption by promoting AI fluency, sharing best practices, evaluating tools, and partnering with business, IT, and leadership to enable effective change. Improve productivity and workflows by identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance decision making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis
- Strong Salesforce user (pipeline management, reporting, process discipline)
- Experience working with sales stakeholders
- Ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to evolving teams
- Strong Excel capability
- Experience supporting multi-country teams
- Exposure to sales technology or AI adoption initiatives
- Process mapping or SOP development experience
