DESCRIPTION:
Responsibility
- Provide “book to install” (COA) operational support for sales orders in Taiwan/SEA and internal orders etc.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Factory as well as other cross function teams to ensure on time order acceptance as well as revenue execution.
- Enter and process of customer orders timely and correctly.
- Proactively follow all customers’ order status and communicate order confirmations/changes to customer and commercial team.
- Ensure clean order acceptance based on corporate policies within target days.
- Responsible for timely, accurately data entry and completed document filing.
- Support Account managers to enable clean quotes.
- Communicate with customers to ensure on time shipment. Identify revenue risks and escalate timely.
- Attending weekly revenue meetings.
- Provide documents support to customer in terms of import logistics. Support insurance claim when damage occurred.
- Follow up on back orders and local purchases.
- Back up support to other Sales Operations team members.
- Ad-Hoc tasks/duties assign by Superior
The Requirements
- Typically requires over 3-5 years of sales support/order process experience at multinational corporations. Equipment sales support experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese language
- Knowledge of International Trading (Export, local requirements, tender procedures) is required
- Requires outstanding problem solving, follow-through, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Critical soft skills include self-motivation, the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure, professionalism, written and oral communication skills, and strong team and customer orientation.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy under pressure.
- IT Skills (Microsoft packages, ERP system experience)
- Purchase Order review competence (terms & conditions)
- Attentive to quotation and order details and accurate in processing of data via the various IT systems.
- Needs to understand that his/her output is vital to execution of an order and customer satisfaction.
- Understands global and local processes and takes initiatives for process improvements where applicable.
- Graduated from Full-time University with a bachelor’s degree is required
