Role is based in our Reading, UK office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Rebate Claims Management: Review and validate rebate claims using reporting, price lists and other documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with rebate program guidelines.

  • Comprehensive Reporting: Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams to submit and reconcile rebate accruals. Engage regularly with internal teams—including sales, account management, and finance, and external customers to resolve issues and facilitate smooth rebate processing.

  • Forecasting & Analysis: Calculate and manage forecast accruals through processes, helping to maintain balanced rebate budgets.

  • Data Tools & Automation: Utilise SAP, Vistex and Excel functionalities to manage data integrity and streamline analytical workflows.

  • Process Improvement: See opportunities and contribute to continuous improvements in rebate operations and regional sales processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

  • Program Support: Assist in documenting, reporting, and refining processes that reinforce strategic partner programs like the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Distribution Program.

What we need to see:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business operations, sales support, or analytics within business or sales operations environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data validation, reporting, and financial forecasting.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, customer oriented with the capacity to manage complex tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to build strong relationships across internal teams and with external customers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP, Vistex, and a willingness to learn new tools.

  • Adaptable, proactive, curious about business strategy, a passionate teammate, and dedicated to getting results.

  • Light travel for events and trainings: 5%
