About the RoleAs part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will contribute to meaningful work that has a positive global impact. This role sits within the Commercial Excellence / Sales Operations function and supports revenue growth by leveraging data, optimizing CRM systems, and enabling effective commercial decision-making.
You will work closely with local commercial teams to improve data visibility, enhance CRM utilization, and provide actionable insights that support business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead CRM system management (e.g., Salesforce) including data governance, pipeline tracking, and user support, while supporting CRM adoption and utilization across Korea in collaboration with the global team
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM and reporting systems
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs using advanced Excel
- Perform data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, forecasting, trend analysis) to identify business opportunities and risks
- Support pipeline management and sales forecasting in collaboration with commercial teams
- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance and support revenue growth
- Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to enhance processes and improve commercial efficiency
- Support initiatives related to commercial excellence and sales performance tracking
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, business analytics, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect data insights to business impact
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in commercial excellence / sales enablement
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry
