Basic Function
The primary responsibility is to support a group of sales reps with digital campaign setup (banners, emails, and other digitally focused sponsorships) to ensure creative is received and trafficked and reporting is made available for the Campaign Management team. The position will collaborate with Media Planners, the Sales team, Publishers, Campaign Managers, Marketing Operations, and Advertisers (agency and client). This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting HTML code and ad tags for creative, making optimizations to targeting, and scheduling emails.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Communicates frequently with Sales and Sales Ops teams to communicate technical specifications.
- Chase and traffic creative using Google Ad Manager.
- Maintain and communicate project schedules, goals, and dependencies within Salesforce.
- Communicate reporting logins and needs to Campaign Management team.
- Provides insights and reporting to team members managing month-end campaign reconciliation for the Billing Department.
- Partners with internal teams for supporting digital advertising business.
- Regularly report status to Ad Ops team management.
- Prioritize projects and manage internal stakeholder expectations while balancing competing opportunities and tasks like pulling screenshots and all online reporting.
- Communicate actionable findings to non-technical audience in clear and concise language.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-3 years of digital ad operations or related experience
- Understanding of digital ad serving and platforms or other relevant experience
- Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

Preferred:
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, OMS, Data Visualization, Ad Verification, or similar tools.
- Experience in healthcare/medical sector desired, but not required.
