Sales Operations Administrator

Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales operations? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven individual to join our Smart Technology team as a Sales Operations Administrator on a temporary 6- month contract! Reporting to our Sales Operations Team Leader, you’ll be the key link between major clients, suppliers, and internal teams, making things happen and keeping everything running smoothly.

Your responsibilities as Sales Operations Administrator

• Create winning quotes for major clients and process sales orders with precision
• Own the purchase order process—request, chase, and ensure everything’s in place before work begins
• Coordinate installations by raising POs, running delivery notes, and updating our master spreadsheet
• Be the go-to contact for orders, queries, and inbox management
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
