Operations Administrator

Your responsibilities as an Operations Administrator

• Managing sales orders from start to finish - logging, tracking, and completing them with accuracy.
• Setting up and maintaining customer maintenance contracts.
• Co-ordinating machine movements and supporting warehouse dispatch, including creating delivery notes.
• Handling invoicing (lease and sales order) and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Booking deliveries and ensuring machines and peripherals are correctly matched.
• Monitoring shared inboxes, triaging queries, and directing information to the right teams.
• Responding quickly and calmly to shifting business priorities.

About you

• You will have a passion for excellent customer service and building strong working relationships.
• High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Clear, confident communication, both written and verbal.
• IT confidence, especially with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
