About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Account Support Manager to join our Sales team.
This role combines sales operations, partner management, and client support to ensure internal efficiency and strong external relationships. You’ll drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and support compliance, while enabling account growth and long-term client trust through both data-driven insights and proactive engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Partner Support
- Act as a key stakeholder in supporting the Sales team.
- Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual success across joint accounts
- Contribute to business development and account growth initiatives.
- Support client-facing activities and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
Operational Management
- Handle Purchase Orders (POs) with 3rd parties when needed, managing communication with them on behalf of operational clients.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reconciliations and reporting of 3rd-party consumption.
- Coordinate internal/annual risk assessments initiated by clients, ensuring forms are circulated and completed with input from Legal, Security, and Finance.
- Support insurance policy renewals required by clients.
- Provide assistance in preparing client dossiers (e.g., outsourcing documentation, BNR submissions).

Strategic Sales Operations
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and capacity planning.
- Analyze and streamline sales workflows, remove friction points, and champion operational best practices.
- Lead key sales ops initiatives (e.g., tool implementations, GTM process changes) from planning to execution.
- Guide teams through operational changes; deliver training and documentation to support adoption.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align strategies, reporting, and planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on compensation plans, performance trends, and enablement needs.
Client Engagement & Proactivity
- Proactively propose and allocate client-facing actions (e.g., Business Continuity Plan updates, industry or product-related updates).
- Ensure high-quality communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact between clients, internal teams, and 3rd parties to streamline operations.
What You’ll Need
- Professional experience in banking or financial institutions (strongly preferred).
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Solid technical knowledge to understand SaaS product implications and 3rd-party integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to interact effectively across Sales, Legal, Security, Finance, and client teams.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting platforms is a plus.
