Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Sales Operations Specialist to support the SPG GFG Samsung Account.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive a One Sales Team mindset in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, works effectively across teams, and contributes to solving challenges together.
You will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, strengthening operational excellence, and creating tangible value from an operations perspective, while working collaboratively to drive overall business success.

Sales Data Management & Forecasting

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Samsung account-related sales data, including bookings, revenue, forecast commits, targets, and pipeline status
  • Manage and support forecast and commit processes, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and internal controls
  • Perform data reconciliation across systems to ensure consistency

 

Business Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and maintain account-specific dashboards and performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to support sales strategy
  • Deliver customized ad-hoc reports and analyses for leadership

 

Process & Tools Optimization

  • Establish and enhance sales processes, standards, and tools for the Samsung account
  • Improve CRM data quality and reporting frameworks
  • Support issue resolution related to sales systems, reporting, and forecasting

 

Stakeholder Support & Enablement

  • Partner with Samsung account sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Train and support users on tools, dashboards, and sales processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor on data interpretation and operational best practices

 

Business Impact

  • Contribute to achieving bookings, revenue, and forecast accuracy targets
  • Support scalable operations for a high-volume strategic account

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or related fields
  • Strong data analysis capability (Excel, BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau) with ability to derive actionable insights
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including creation of executive-level PPT materials
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics
