RequirementsJob Description
Support the daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow across the Porsche Sales department.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and customer data accurately.
Coordinate vehicle availability, documentation, and delivery processes.
Monitor sales KPIs and provide insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Finance, Marketing, and other internal departments.
Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and administrative reports.
Assist in forecasting, sales planning, and inventory coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Porsche standards.
Handle operational tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Automotive Sales Support.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Skills Required
