We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify sales trends, generate actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives that enable sales leadership accelerate revenue growth.
What you will be doing
- Analyzing sales performance data, metrics and market trends to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting models
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and initiatives to enhance sales performance and effectiveness.
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance of sales data and reporting
- Providing support and guidance to the sales team on sales tools, systems, and processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue predictability
- Leading, coaching, and developing junior members of the Sales Operations team
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree (or local equivalent) in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales operations, finance, sales support, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data management), Tableau and/or other BI dashboard tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
