Check out our website (www.truebrands.com) to learn more about our family of brands. The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales function of our organization to achieve revenue and customer targets. This position is primarily focused on orchestrating daily sales operations and providing administrative support within the Sales and Operations team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of day-to-day sales operations, including shipment tracking and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and documents related to sales and operations activities.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports, performance metrics and other relevant data.
  • Onboard new retail customers and provide ongoing maintenance.
  • Facilitate requests between Sales and Operations departments within the company.
  • Address customer inquiries, order status and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Partner with Operations to maintain and respond to issues for customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales operations or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in all sales initiatives and deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with sales and distribution environments and an understanding of sales and operations objectives and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales software.

  • Project management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey sales initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment with various teams and departments.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to evaluate sales initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • $50,000-$55,000 per year
