Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, and order status.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management
  • Manage the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and smooth operations
  • Assist in managing and distributing sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of invoices, ensuring timely billing and payment processing.
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
  • Create sales quotation for the customer, to ensure price quoted are base on price regulation ant to ensure the stock availability as well

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related role.
  • Experience in generating and analyzing sales reports, KPIs, and metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Ability to create and manage sales documentation and resources.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail in managing sales records, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ability to maintain and update sales processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
  • Customer service orientation to support sales teams and address issues quickly.
  • Proactive approach to handling challenges and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and interact with various departments.
  • Understanding of and adherence to ethical standards, especially when dealing with sensitive sales data and customer information.
  • Preferred location: Jakarta
