We’re looking for a fun, fired-up Opener Manager who can energize the Opener team. Think of yourself as the coach, cheerleader, and competitive spark all rolled into one. If you can turn a regular sales shift into an exciting, high-fiving, goal-crushing experience, we need you on our floor.
What You’ll Actually Do:- Be the vibe curator of the sales floor by keeping the energy high, the laughs loud, and the numbers climbing.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Openers in real-time. You’ll be walking the floor, giving quick tips, celebrating wins, and helping people level up during the shift.
- Hit aggressive sales targets and make sure your team does too.
- Run fun sales contests, give out rewards, recognize killers, and create healthy competition that people actually look forward to.
- Set the tone every single day with your own work ethic, positivity, and sales skills. Lead from the front.
- Turn “just another sales day” into something people brag about.
You’re not a stuffy manager. You’re the person who makes the team say “Let’s go!” when they start their shift.
What You Bring:- 2–3 years of strong phone sales/call center experience where you’ve carried a quota and won.
- 1 year of leading, coaching, or supervising sales reps (preferred)
- A proven track record of hitting or crushing sales goals.
- Natural ability to motivate people and keep them performing even on slower days.
- High School diploma or equivalent (we care way more about what you can do than what’s on paper).

Skills Required
- 4+ years of phone sales/call center experience with proven quota performance.
- 2+ years leading sales leaders (Team Leads, Supervisors, or equivalent).
- Proven experience building or scaling a sales floor, program, or team function.
- Strong grasp of sales metrics, coaching frameworks, and incentive design.
- Ability to lead from the front while empowering others to lead.
- High School diploma or equivalent (relevant experience valued over formal credentials).
- Onsite work in Irvine, CA.
