Scope
The Sales Officer will build and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders, prepare monthly sales reports, conduct
market research, and drive sales to exponentially grow business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth, including email marketing,
social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Collaborate and work with
the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with
overall revenue growth goals.
- Analyze sales and marketing
data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for
optimizing campaigns.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to
ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with
industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing, and make
recommendations for incorporating new approaches into the company's strategy.
- Develop and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and
industry influencers.
- Manage and track the
performance of sales and marketing campaigns, and provide regular reports to
senior management.
- Generate and identify business
leads.
- Conduct
surveys and report on consumer behavior, market trends and competitor analysis.
- Prepare monthly sales
report.
- Conduct
market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Undertake sales and
marketing activities such as cold calls or cold emails frequently.
- Promote the company’s
products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key
stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration-Marketing or any related field of study.
- A
minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar role.
- Ability to analyze data and
make data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of best practices
in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong project management
skills
- Good
communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent
organizational, leadership and management skills.
- Experience with marketing
automation software and CRM systems
- Working knowledge in MS
Office suite and Google suite.
