Job Responsibilities:**
* Achieve assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
* Promote and detail Piramal Pharma's product portfolio effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
* Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other company initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Organize and attend medical camps, product launches, and other promotional events.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* High level of integrity and strong ethical values.
