- At least one experience in sales, willing to grow career in sales
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
