What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Sales Marketing Manager, you will support and evolve the strategy, execution, and impact of sales enablement across DeepIntent’s commercial organization. This role goes beyond supporting sales—this person will proactively shape how we position our solutions, enable revenue teams at scale, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership, identifying gaps, building programs, and leading initiatives that elevate how we go to market.

  • Revenue Facing Support: Strategically support our revenue facing teams, including Sales and Client Success. Work cross-functionally with other departments to gather POVs, create decks, and craft stories that meet client expectations.
  • GTM Support:
    Bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure new features, releases, and strategic priorities are effectively translated into go-to-market strategies and field-ready materials. Own the feedback loop initiative to better optimize how our products are rolled out and how they are being perceived in market.
  • Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution:
    Support and scale an enablement strategy that equips revenue teams with the tools, training, and content needed to drive growth. Identify enablement gaps and proactively build programs that improve sales effectiveness and shorten sales cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional initiatives that align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics around shared revenue goals. Autonomously drive alignment on messaging, priorities, and execution.
  • Content Management: Manage a library of sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email outreach templates.
  • Performance & Impact Measurement:
    Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and content. Use insights to iterate, prioritize, and demonstrate business impact.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales marketing, revenue operations, or a related function, with increasing ownership and strategic scope
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end—from identifying opportunities to executing and driving measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, go-to-market strategies, and revenue-driving best practices
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and materials
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Healthcare or AdTech experience is a plus, but not required 

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $120,000 -$135,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings
