DealChaat is the first of its kind SoLoMo platform to enable Merchants (physical store owners) with their Marketing, Advertising and Promotions on Mobile. We are a young, dynamic group, driven to empower the Merchants across India to create their own promotions on mobile and cut out the middle man. Job DescriptionAs a Sales & Marketing Manager for DealChaat you will be responsible for
- Building a Sales support team
- Help build the Sales & Marketing roadmap of the product for pan-India roll-out
- Sales Operations a. Build and manage a crack team
- b. Create Sales targets
- c. Manage budgets
- d. Monitor Sales performance
- 4. Opening strategic accounts and partnerships
Qualifications
MBA / PG Diploma- Sales and Marketing
Experience required- 3 to 5 years
Additional InformationWe are looking for a self-starter, open to the idea of learning and growing. The ideal person will have an entrepreneurial mindset and happy to work on shared risk/shared reward basis as is expected of good sales people. The potential to earn upto 300% of fixed pay.

Skills Required
- MBA or PG Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience
- Experience building and managing a sales team
- Experience in sales operations: setting targets, managing budgets, monitoring performance
- Experience opening strategic accounts and forming partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, comfortable with shared risk/shared reward compensation
