The Langford, a senior living community in College Station, Texas seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to join its leadership team. The Langford offers maintenance-free living and an amenity-filled campus with seniors in a variety of settings – independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

 

The Sales and Marketing Director achieves census/sales goals through the development, implementation, and continuous updating of the Community marketing plan.  This position reports directly to the Executive Director, and is supported by an experienced VP of Marketing and Sales at the corporate level.

 

Candidates must have a track record of successfully achieving Senior Living sales results, both from their own individual efforts, and as part of an integrated sales team he/she has led.   Exceptional telephone, presentation and closing skills are required, as is experience with lead management.  Above all, a desire to work closely with senior adults is essential!


Qualifications
  • Senior Living Sales Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college
  • Previous management/supervisory experience
  • Intermediate computer skills as well as ability to learn relevant community software.
  • Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
