About Fellow

At Fellow, we’re on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home. But we’re more than just beautifully designed kettles and grinders—we’re a brand built on innovation, community, and culture. We believe great coffee isn’t just about the final cup; it’s about the experience, the ritual, and the people who make it all happen.

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting Fellow’s fast-growing Wholesale and Specialty Sales channels, ensuring Fellow shows up consistently and professionally across global retail partners, specialty cafés, roasters, distributors, and industry events.

This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy.

Who You Are

You are a logistics expert and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in the "how" of execution. You understand that a premium brand experience depends on the details. You enjoy building systems that keep others organized, and you are the go-to resource that helps a fast-moving sales team hit its goals.

You are a clear, professional communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external vendors with ease. You juggle multiple projects and timelines seamlessly, always proactively looking into ways of making processes run more efficiently, and are eager to grow your career in a role that sits at the intersection of brand marketing and commercial operations.

  • Manage and optimize Fellow’s digital asset libraries (Air, Google Drive).
  • Create and distribute high-stakes sales materials, including internal newsletters, wholesale catalogs, GTM decks, and product training materials.

Event & Trade Show Logistics

  • Own the logistical lifecycle for major industry events and trade shows like World of Coffee and Coffee Fest, managing everything, including negotiating vendor contracts, tradeshow outreach, and owning logistics for asset shipping and travel.
  • Represent the brand at key events, and produce post-event reports that synthesize key learnings and follow-up opportunities.

Sales & Field Support

  • Partner with Field Reps and lead in the creation of sales tools and display assets, while managing the collection and sharing of quarterly field reports.
  • Serve as the central marketing resource for Sales teams, directly supporting cafés, roasters, and distributors with asset requests and event needs.

Retail & Channel Execution

  • Drive the rollout of branded retail displays, working cross-functionally to ensure they are delivered accurately and on-brand.
  • Support Field Reps by collecting quarterly reports and providing the display assets needed for successful store visits.

Channel Communications & Project Management

  • Coordinate and schedule Wholesale marketing emails, collaborating with the Digital team to align B2B messaging with broader brand campaigns.
  • Manage the kickoff and completion of sales material requests within Asana, keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist the B2B Marketing Manager with budget tracking and performance reporting for wholesale initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Detail-Oriented Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite; experience with Asana or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-growing environment.
  • Industry Interest: A genuine interest in specialty coffee, premium consumer electronics, or design-led brands.

Education, Training, Experience

Degree, certification, or vocational training in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant on-the-job experience, is highly preferred.
